COVID-19 Prevention Strategy
We will remain open for the foreseeable future. At UMT, we are confident in the protocols we have put in place for clients and staff and will continue to adjust precautions according to regulations put out by the government.

Precautions we are taking...

Masks are mandatory in the clinic. Please arrive for your appointment already wearing a mask. If you do not have one, we are happy to provide you with a disposable mask.

We have implemented additional cleaning protocols for all spaces in our clinic. Treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned in between clients, as well as the reception area and bathrooms.

Hand sanitizer is available in the reception area, each treatment room, bathroom & back counter. Clients will be asked to use hand sanitizer or wash their hands immediately upon arrival at the clinic.

How you can help...

Please arrive only 5 minutes early and we ask that you not bring anyone else with you to the clinic. *If it is your first appointment, please arrive 5-10 minutes early in order to fill out some paper work. 

Please be respectful of the 2m distance rule in the public spaces (hallways, front reception area).

Please do not linger in the reception area after your appointment.

Cancellation Policy...

Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. When an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the RMT does not receive payment. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the appointment value. Should you need to cancel your appointment because you do not pass the pre-screening questions, the cancellation fee will not be applied. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
